Sr. Software Applications Lead

JOB TITLE: Sr. Software Applications Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Designing and Developing the architecture of the web application, including both reactive front-end and dynamic back-end components, and ensuring it can handle high volumes of traffic while maintaining optimal performance.
• Assess different technologies and frameworks, making informed decisions about which ones to use based on the project requirements and then integrate these technologies seamlessly to create a cohesive and functional application.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to understand the requirements and goals of the project. Effective communication and collaboration with team members is essential in order to deliver a successful end product.
• Implement security measures to protect the application from potential vulnerabilities and ensure data privacy which may involve implementing encryption techniques, user authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Monitoring the performance of the application, identifying and troubleshooting any issues or bugs, and optimizing the system for better efficiency which involve monitoring server logs, conducting code reviews, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Keeping up with Technology trends to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, frameworks, and industry best practices. This will allow you to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions when selecting technologies for future projects.
• Use of machine learning tools to organize data, process, clean, and validate the data, analyze the data for information and patterns, develop prediction systems, present the data in a clear manner, and propose solutions and strategies.
• Use of Generative AI to process large datasets quickly and accurately, identifying patterns and trends that human analysts might miss. Enabling businesses to extract meaningful information from their data and make well-informed decisions.
• Use of AI framework and tools like ChatGPT and OpenAI to build futuristic applications relying on big datasets. Development of Self learning Artificial Intelligence model and optimized workflow.
• Modern solution using Real Time communication like WebRTC and WebSocket.
• Cloud environments to support microservices and performance oriented deliveries and scalable solutions include CI-CD.
• Tools: Will be performing above listed duties extensively using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, jQuery, Angular, Single Page Application, noSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, ORACLE, Sqlite, REST API, JWT, Web Socket, RTC, ChatGPT, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkin, JIRA, Confluence and other Web hosting Platforms and tools.

REQUIRED Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT. Bachelor’s + 60 months of experience and Master’s + 12 months of experience in an occupation involving designing and development of software applications architecture solutions.

SALARY: $126,298/yr. 40 hrs/wk (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
